PASMA tower per BS EN 1004. Outriggers deployed. Guardrails fitted. Inspection checklist completed.

Execution of Works

Plumbing: isolate, drain, test. Electrical: lock-off, prove dead (GS38). Carpentry: detect services first.

Waste Management

All waste segregated, labelled, sealed. Loaded to van. Transported to licensed facility. WTN issued.

Site Close-Out

Isolation points restored. Joint inspection with client. Photo evidence taken. Job sheet signed.
